Settings > Patient Resources is where you create blog-style posts visible to patients inside their portal — guides, tips, and articles for engagement and retention.
The resources page shows a card grid; each card shows a featured image, Published/Draft badge, category tag, read time, title and excerpt, likes/views/date, and a three-dot menu. Filter by status and toggle grid/list view.
To create: click + Create New Resource and fill in Title, Featured image, Category (or Add Category), Body (rich text), and Published/Draft status. Click Add Category to create new categories.
Best practices: publish content relevant to your programs; use plain language; add resources regularly; do not make specific medical claims or promise clinical outcomes.
