This configures the domain and sender details for all patient-facing emails. Access via Settings > Email and Sending Domain.
Domain status — a fully configured domain shows four green badges: Verified, DNS, DKIM, SPF. All four must be green to deliver reliably; if any are missing, use the three-dot menu > Refresh Status after updating your DNS.
Email Settings — From Email Address (what patients see as sender), From Name (the inbox display name — fill this in or patients see a blank sender), Set as Default Domain toggle. Click Save Changes.

Notes: set the From Name to your brand name; don't delete a sending domain while notification templates are enabled (patient emails would stop); update DNS and wait for propagation before setting a new domain as default.
