Settings > Webhooks — titled "Webhooks & API" — is where you configure outbound webhooks and manage your API settings.

The list shows Name, Type (event), URL, Status, Created At. Search by name; use the three-dot menu (⋯) to edit or delete. Click + Add New to open the Add Webhook modal: Name (descriptive label), Event Type (see below), Headers (optional key/value pairs). Click Save Webhook.

Supported Webhook Events

Order & Patient: New Order, New Patient, New Prescription, Order Shipped, Order Updated, New Treatment, Treatment Updated, New Intake Conversion, Abandoned Session.

Subscription & Payment: Subscription Created, Subscription Updated, Payment Cancelled, Payment Created.

Lab Order: Lab Order Cleared, Lab Order Shipped to Patient, Lab Order Delivered to Patient, Lab Order Shipped to Lab, Lab Order Received by Lab, Lab Order Results.

Connecting to Third-Party Platforms

Wellie MD's webhooks can send data to any platform that accepts inbound webhooks — including GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or a custom CRM. How it works: Settings > Webhooks > + Add New → name it → select the event → paste the endpoint URL from your platform → Save Webhook. Wellie MD sends a JSON payload to that URL each time the event fires.

Where to get the endpoint URL: GoHighLevel (Workflow → Inbound Webhook trigger → copy URL), Zapier (Zap → Webhooks by Zapier > Catch Hook → copy URL), Make (Scenario → Custom Webhook module → copy URL), or any custom HTTPS endpoint that returns a 200.

Recommended events to sync: New Patient, New Intake Conversion, Order Shipped, Abandoned Session, Subscription Created, Treatment Updated.

HIPAA note: if patient data flows into a third-party platform, that platform must have a signed BAA with you. Confirm BAA availability before routing patient data.
