Settings > Brand — titled "Brand Configuration" — sets the visual identity of your patient-facing portal.
Logos — two slots: Square Logo (500×100px recommended, wide horizontal works best; used in header/sidebar) and Favicon Logo (32×32 or 64×64, square; browser tab icon). Upload by drag-and-drop or click; "File currently saved" with a green border confirms success. Click Save Brand Assets.
Color Palette — click a swatch to set your primary brand color (used for buttons, accents, key UI). For an exact hex match, contact your Account Manager.
Patient Portal Theme — Default Theme dropdown: Light (default) or Dark. Patients may be able to toggle this themselves depending on portal version.
Click Save Brand Assets (bottom right) to apply; changes take effect within a few minutes.
