Wellie MD Managed URLs
These default URLs are always active and cannot be removed:

Custom Domains
You can connect your own domain to replace the Wellie MD-managed Intake App URL. (Example: Kin Meds uses intake.kinmeds.com pointing to the Intake App.)
To add: click + Add domain, enter your custom domain (e.g. intake.yourbrand.com), add the provided DNS records at your DNS provider, click Refresh to check propagation, and once DNS propagates the domain shows Verified.
Once verified, badges confirm: Verified (active), DNS (records correct), DKIM (email auth), SPF (sender policy). Click Delete next to a custom domain to remove it — the Wellie MD-managed URL becomes active again automatically.
Tip: set up your custom intake domain before running paid ads — ad platforms review destination URLs during approval, and your intake URL should match your brand domain.
