Settings > Policies is where you create and manage the legal policies shown to patients (linked in the checkout footer).
Policy types: Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Consent to TeleHealth, Physician Code of Conduct, Shipping Policy.
Each policy has a rich text editor: click into the text area, type or paste, format with the toolbar, and Save. Create from Template generates a starting template to customize. Templates are a starting point only, not legal advice — have policies reviewed by a qualified attorney, especially Consent to TeleHealth and Privacy Policy. These two are most critical for compliance and must be accurate, HIPAA-compliant, and approved before go-live.
