Access via Discounts under Sales & Channels.
Coupon Codes — filter by All, Active, Inactive, Fixed Amount, Percent, Used, Unused, Expired. Columns: ID, Name, Code, Discount, Max Threshold, Products, Type (N Orders / One Time / All Orders), Max Redemptions, Used Count, Eligibility, Expires At, Status, timestamps. Click + Add new to create a coupon; click Links for shareable checkout links with the coupon pre-applied.
Coupon Insights (Discounts > Insights) — coupon performance over a date range: coupons impact (uses and dollar value), total discount, top coupons, and a usage table (Code, Name, Value, Max Threshold, Frequency Based, Discounted Amount, Used By Patient, Used On).
Affiliates
Access via Affiliates under Sales & Channels. Columns: Name, Slug, ID, Created Date, Commission Type (Flat/Percent), Commission, Discount Type, Discount, Status. Click + Add New to add an affiliate; Links to generate and manage tracking links.
