Billing

The Billing section covers your relationship with Wellie MD as a platform — your subscription, invoices, and payment method on file. Access via Billing under Sales & Channels.

Shows your card on file (Update Payment Method), billing details (Name, Email, Address), and subscription status: Status (Active/Inactive), Lock Status (Unlocked/Locked), current access period, and next billing date. Renewals charge the base subscription fee in advance and active patient usage in arrears.

Tabs: All Invoices, Reimbursement Billings (per-patient pharmacy + consult fees), Monthly SaaS Fee Invoices. Columns: Date, Invoice (number), Type, Status (Authorized/Paid/Cancelled), Breakdown (line items), Amount, Action (view).

Each patient order generates a reimbursement invoice with two components: Pharmacy (cost Wellie MD paid the compounding pharmacy) and Consult (provider consultation fee). These are charged after the patient payment is captured.
