The Order Detail page gives a complete view of a single order — product, pricing, status timeline, patient details, payment info, and fulfillment. Open it by clicking any order from Orders > Orders. The Update Order button (top right) lets you make changes.
Product Details

Item Price | Price after any discount applied |
Quantity | Number of units |
Total | Total excluding shipping |

Two fields show prescription status: Requested (Original) — what the patient selected at checkout (orange badge); Prescribed (Doctor Final) — what the provider actually prescribed ("Awaiting provider decision" until the provider acts); Doctor — the assigned provider.
Pricing breakdown shows Product list price, Product discount (with coupon code), Product subtotal, Shipping, Total (USD), and Amount Source.
Changing a Product
Click Change next to the product to open the Change Product modal. Select a New Product and click Stage Edit to queue the change. Important notes:
• Pricing is recalculated automatically; payment is adjusted (extra is charged, less is refunded/credited).
• Only change a product for a clinical reason — e.g., provider prescribed a different dose, or a product is out of stock.
• Do not change a product on an order that already has a confirmed Prescribed (Doctor Final) without consulting your Account Manager.
Order Status
Shows the current status badge and a chronological event timeline (e.g., Order placed via questionnaire, Visit Created, Patient Payment Failed). Click Update Status (pencil) to manually update.
Right Panel Tabs
Product (details and pricing), Medical (network, provider, Master ID), Pharmacy (assigned pharmacy and fulfillment), Track (shipment tracking once shipped).
Patient Details, Support Notes, Shipping, Payment
Patient Details shows name, email, phone, shipping address, with View Patient Responses and Email Login Details. Support Notes is an internal team-only notes panel (Add New). Payment Info shows Date, Provider (gateway), Trans ID, Status, Amount; a Retry Payment button appears on failed payments. If retry fails repeatedly, the patient must update their card.
