The Orders section tracks every prescription order and payment. Access via Orders in the left sidebar, which expands to show Orders and Payments.
Order Status Filters
Row 1 — Order Status:
Status | Meaning |
Created | Order created, awaiting payment |
Payment Pending | Awaiting payment capture |
Processing | Payment captured, being processed |
Visit Failed | Visit could not be completed |
Visit Pending | Awaiting patient visit/consult |
Consult Scheduled | Consult appointment scheduled |
Consult Rescheduled | Consult was rescheduled |
Consult Cancelled | Consult was cancelled |
No Show | Patient did not attend consult |
Referred | Patient referred - ineligible for treatment |
Prescribed | Provider issued prescription |
Billing Pending | Awaiting billing processing |
Rx Sent | Prescription sent to pharmacy |
Row 2 — Payment Status: Paid (captured), Pending (authorized, not captured), Failed.
Order List Columns
Order #, Patient, Email, Phone, Pharmacy, Order Date, Date Prescribed, Payment Date, MRN#, Payment Status, Visit Status.
Search by Order ID, Order#, affiliate order #, MRN#, patient name, or phone number. Use the date range picker and Export to CSV.
Payments
Access via Orders > Payments. Tabs: Payments (individual transactions), Subscriptions, Subscription Invoices.
Filter payments by All, Pending, Authorized, Captured, Approved, Declined, Error, Voided, Refunded, NMI, Authorize.Net, Stripe, and various Refund statuses.
Payment columns: Created At, Transaction ID, Status, Refund Status, Refunded, Refundable, Gateway (Authorize.Net, NMI, Stripe), Card (last 4), Amount, Currency, Auth Code.
