The Help & Support page gives patients self-service answers and a way to contact your support team. Access via Help in the left sidebar.
Titled "Help & Support" ("Get help and find answers to common questions"), with a Contact Support button. The FAQ section answers common questions (expand to reveal answers): How do async visits work? How long does it take to get a response? How do I start a new treatment? How do I update my billing information? Can I message my doctor directly? A "Still need help?" card shows support hours (e.g., Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST) and a Send a message button.
What operators should know: Contact Support and Send a message both route to your team via the Messages Support thread — monitor it daily; FAQ content and support hours are configurable (contact your Account Manager); make sure the displayed support hours match your actual availability.
