The Profile page is where patients manage personal information, password, and medical details. Access via Profile in the left sidebar.
Three sections: Basic Information (First Name, Last Name, Email — Save), Update Password (Current, New, Confirm — min 8 characters — Save), and Profile Information (medical and contact details: Phone, Address, Apt/Suite/Unit, City, State, Zip, Sex, Date of Birth, Current medical conditions, Current medications with dosages, Allergies — Save).
What operators should know: the medical conditions/medications/allergies fields are surfaced to providers during visit review — keep them current; changing email updates login credentials; for lockouts use Resend Login from the admin portal rather than a manual reset; address updates here do not change the shipping address on pending orders.
