The Orders page shows all of a patient's prescription orders and their status. Access via Orders in the left sidebar.
Each order shows Order ID, status badge (color coded), product name and formulation, pharmacy, price, and date. A Refresh button (top right) lets patients check for updates.
Patient-facing order statuses: Payment Pending (orange — payment not captured), Visit Pending (orange — waiting for the visit to be processed), Prescribed (green — provider issued prescription, being sent to pharmacy), Shipped (green — on its way).
What operators should know: Payment Pending often means a failed capture — check the patient's payment method; if an order isn't updating, have the patient click Refresh first, then check the admin portal and escalate if needed.
