The Labs page is where patients view lab results and track lab submissions. Access via Labs in the left sidebar.
The page has two tabs: Lab Results (completed results) and Submissions (lab kits the patient has sent in), with a search bar. If none exist: "No lab results — You don't have any lab results yet."
When labs are required: certain programs require bloodwork before a provider can prescribe — typically TRT and female hormone programs. The patient completes bloodwork as part of intake or renewal; once results are reviewed by the provider, the prescription can be issued.
Lab webhook events (useful for CRM/GHL automation): Lab Order Cleared, Lab Order Shipped to Patient, Lab Order Delivered to Patient, Lab Order Shipped to Lab, Lab Order Received by Lab, Lab Order Results.
What operators should know: if a patient on a lab-required program is stuck, check the Labs tab in their admin profile to see where they are in the workflow; results are visible to the patient only after provider review
