The Visits page shows a patient's full visit history across treatments, grouped by month. Access via Visits in the left sidebar.
Each visit shows a visit type indicator (blue dot = Async, green dot = Scheduled), treatment name, Visit ID, visit type, date, and status badge.
Visit status types: Processing (being processed), Pending (awaiting patient action, e.g. complete questionnaire), photos_submitted (photos submitted for provider review). If action is needed, an orange Action required banner appears (e.g. "Complete your questionnaire to continue care") with a Complete Questionnaire button.
Async vs Scheduled: Async — patient completes a questionnaire, provider reviews asynchronously without a live appointment; Scheduled — a real-time appointment between patient and provider.
